Blog, blog, blog. I do not know what to write about. I know this is a free write but i just do not know what to write about. For some people it may be easy to write about something randomly, but me it difficult. So right now I'm in the library talking to my peers so they can give advice on what to write about, but they are USELESS. Anyways next period I have to present my short story to the class and i hope everything goes well. My short story is about a boy named Paul and can guess who will the next race by riding his horse that he received for Christmas. With help of his uncle and Bassett , the family gardener, his family began to receive lots of money. But later in the story he got ill and die, his mom was heartbroken but rich. ( 1 hour later) Well I'm in Mr. Washington's room with some of my fellow peers. I just came from Ms. Hegeman's class and I did "ok" job during my prestation, I could of improve in so many ways. For example I could talk like I know the information and not sounding like I'm confused. But anyways right now I'm just having good laugh with my friends and just waiting for the bell ring, so I can go home. But I got to  make sure I get this blog done because it's worth so much of my grade and I need this class to graduate. Wait, acutally I think I'm done, glad I got this over with.

What I learned in another class

In Ms. Tomlin class we are learning about the federal and state court. The ferderal court only hear cases in special circumstances and state court hear all the cases. Federal court listen to cases involving interstate commerce or criminal activity and a crime that is a violation of federal diversity of citizenship law, such as bank robbery, drug cases, and guns. State court listen to cases that deal with a controversy a rising out of the state constitution or other state laws and a case in which the state is a party, such as  tax violations. Federal court have two type of case a federal question jurisdiction and diversity of citizenship jurisdiction, these cases involve disputes between two parties not from the same state or country. For example a controversy between citizens of two different states. We also learned there's three court system Supreme Court, court of appeals and trial courts. The trial court listen to evidence and decide who is right. If they loser appeals then it go to the court of appeals. They review the trial court decisions and looking for legal errors. There is 3 judges and majority rules. If the loser appeals again then it goes to the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the country. They reviews the appeals court decision for error. The decisions must be followed by all lower courts and nine justices hears the cases, majority rules. 

Passion

My passion is life, well if that makes sence. But anyways, life is a one time thing, something that I always think about, and people should not ruin it. With my time here being in earth I have done many things but I do not regret it. I am always willing to try new things and to explore the world. For example I will love to go sky diving one day because I know when I get old I will question myself, why I didn't do this and why I didn't do that. 

        An education will assist me on what I want to do and be life. I want my life to be the best it can be meaning I want be rich but not famous and maybe have the American dream. I do not want to struggle all my life like my parents are just to keep me happy. My life will consist of me enjoying my life and not have any issue. Having money problems in life is not something I want, I don't want think if I can't afford that or not. 

   Life is something you should take advantage of and not just waste it. Don't live life regrets and wondering why you did not do so many things, LIfe is passion and I do anything to keep it.

What I did and learn in class

This week we started to read a book called Fahrenheit 451 and the setting is in fire proof area. The main character is a firefighter, so he trying to start fire on purpose so it look like firefighters are needed. For example in the first few pages of the book, he started to burn down books with a smile in his face. Also during this week we read about why you can't not always trust reality t.v show.. The reason why you can't trust it because producers just want their show to be entertaining so they can get more fans. In one of article I read (not sure which one was it) their was girl explaining things they made do in the show. She had say things that she never said before and she wasn't comfortable of them making her hair look short. Even though it wansnt her real hair she still did not like the feeling. She describe herself sitting in a chair where a bunch people surrounding her and changing everything about her. We also learn about apostrophe. I knew what it meant ,but sometimes it tricky on where you place on sentence. But I got the hand of it after I read each sentence carefully. Grammer days will make my essay stronger because I will learn how to use each marking in the right way. That is all I remember learning from English class and I'm sure there will be a lot more. Hopefully this book becomes interesting to read so i can get into it. I don't like to read much but maybe that will change soon. 

My thoughts during high school

Before I made into high school, I thought applying to college was all about Just filling out your information and what you want to major in college, but you have to write several essays and perform well in school to able to get into a college you will enjoy. I has this same mindset till the end of 10th grade. I then realize the mistake I made, soon I realize I still time to mark up the mistake I had made. Sometimes I wish I can start 9th grade over and make sure I get good grades for every class no matter what it takes. During my 11th grade year I did not take anything as a jokr. Well sometimes I played around because it's kinda hard to not have fun and make jokes on anything. But that is not point, I make sure my grade for every class was where I expected. I asked question in class, study and stay late to make sure I understand the work that was given. I took every time at home to get my homework and make sure it's don't right. Well it wasn't like that on weekends because weekends is my break and i really don't care about school stuff on weekends. It just about me enjoying myself because I have to enjoys teen life before I become an adults with no help. When my junior was over my grade show how I hard I put in work and I made huge progress from 10th grade. Hopefully this year I can do the same but I sometimes I get so lazy. I tried so hard to fight it but it hit me hard. But i will make sure most of work get done this year and get into college I want to get in, not force to get in.
